Hyundai Announces A200 Smartphone

The Hyundai A200, as the device will be called, is reasonable big and has a nice pricetag for a smartphone. A size of 123 x 61,5 x 22 millimeters indicates that the candybar will not be one of the smallest and when we look at its appearance it is also clear that it is not the most beautiful swan on the lake.

Something that can be said of the Hyundai A200 is that the device offers a large 2.8 inch display with 65.000 colors and a QVGA resolution. This display is very clear and that is comfortable with an expanded Windows Mobile device that offers many functions such as the Hyundai A200. Unfortunately, the candybar is not equipped with the most recent Windows Mobile variant: Windows Mobile 6. However, Windows Mobile 5 still works fine and the user of the device can install his favorite programs on the phone so it is still a complete picture.

The Hyundai A200 is equipped with several multimedia possibilities. Among these possibilities we find a 1.3 megapixel camera, of which the lense is placed at the back of the candybar. Furthermore, bluetooth support and an expanded music player will be present.

The Hyundai A200 is not only expanded, the device is also easy to use. Just as with all renowned mobile phone manufacturers, the device is equipped with several quick keys. The front of the device offers direct access to the menu, where the sides of the Hyundai A200 make sure that the volume can be adjusted directly. Next to this, the left side of the device also hides the port for memory cards, which indicates that the internal memory is expandable.

If we can expect the Hyundai A200 in Europe any time soon is still not clear, as are the prices and availablity.

  1. I am using this phone from past one and half year, it is a big phone but it is quite strong one, the Ear phones are better not be used the sound is so low that you cant even hear, other good features are a large screen through which u can watch movies, sound quality is good, it is also good for browsing web, checking and replying emails, the phone syncronizes with your out look express. though it looks big it is resonably light. voice recognition feature is not very good. if you ask to dial home it will play a song, haha. MSN messanger which is very good and help full feature. Battery back is good if you are not a very frequent user. charging is also simple just carry one data transfer cable in your bag and you can plug it to any computer to charge so no need to carry the adapter every where. camera is ok for still images but not at all good for video coverage. Since it is Windows
