The Convergence Panel of European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) voted Samsung’s U700 for ‘the European Mobile Phone 2007-2008’ because of its high speed data communication capability, 10 times faster than normal UMTS, and various multimedia features such as audio-compression technologies, an embedded 3.2-megapixel camera. Also, they highly praised U700’s U GO feature which shows a special landmark on the phone’s display and changes it automatically wherever users are travel.
